My search for the 'sound in the body' began about 10 years ago. I didn't know of any mantra tapes so the first mantra I tried for several years was 'Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me,' after reading The Way of the Pilgrim, a classic of Russian Orthodox mystical literature.
