Ok, first things first. If you are purchasing a new computer, it helps to know what you're going to be using it for. Most users can - and should - purchase a Chromebook if you intend to do little more than check emails, browse the internet and play some games. In these instances, a Chromebook will be infinitely more useful to you. My main computer at home is a Chromebook because of the reasons listed above, plus the fact that a Chromebook is so much quicker, more reliable and less of a pain in the butt in general. For instance, there aren't daily updates that render the Chromebook useless for hours on end. I purchased this HP computer because on occasion, there are things that a Chromebook simply can't do.
